Before you begin selecting a home it’s important you determine what you can afford to purchase. We suggest you talk with one of our preferred lenders to check your credit, your income, your debt and available funds for your downpayment and closing costs.

Design your own home or choose one of our preferred architects.

At this time, you will need to bring $10,000 as a deposit to secure the purchase of your selected home. This money will be applied towards your down payment on the closing date.

You will need to meet with one of our preferred loan officers or you may choose the loan officer of your choice.

The construction of your new home will range between 9-12 months, depending upon construction schedules and inclement weather. Once your home is complete, the construction manager will complete a checklist to ensure it meets Casa Bella Homes’ high quality standards.

Approximately 5 days prior to closing on your loan for your new home, we will contact you to schedule a final walk through. This is done to ensure that it meets your specifications and to explain in detail the benefits and restrictions of the home warranty.

This is an exciting day, the day you have been waiting for! After signing your closing documents, ownership will become yours and your sales advisor will hand you the keys to your new home.
